What Is IgG4-Rd?

IgG4-RD is a rare immune-mediated, chronic fibro-inflammatory disease. It is characterized by tissue infiltrations of lymphocytes (a type of white blood cells), IgG4+ secreting plasma cells, tumors/masses/nodules, and various degrees of fibrosis/scarring.

IgG4-Rd is a multi-organ disease and can affect any and all organs.
